Analysis of energy efficiency and dynamics during car acceleration

In this work, the authors focused on analyzing energy efficiency and dynamics during car acceleration, featuring investigation of acceleration under various intensities. The tests were performed in speed range between 45 km/h 120 km/h, at a constant gear ratio. This enabled obtaining variable dynamic parameters process, ranging from about 0.1 to 1.4 m/s2 , recording variation fuel consumption 6.28 27.03 dm3 /100km. study determining relation consumption, vehicle depending available drivetrain power. was described by using index. proposed index takes into account (from burned fuel) intensity obtain an objective metric for characterizing process. aforementioned form passenger movement quality can be related widely known physical properties, thus ensuring its universality. expresses expenditure within time needed accelerate weighing 1kg 1m distance. As opposed other criteria that are applied assessment cars dynamics, shows high determination coefficient R2 excess 0.99, used as universal test types.
